ABOUT NORTHLINE COMPASS
We Provide Emergent Resources to Utility Customers Following a Major Weather Event
Northline Compass, an affiliate company of Northline Utilities, provides utility customers with incremental storm restoration resources by leveraging established relationships with non-native contractor partners to mobilize swiftly and efficiently to meet restoration needs.

MOBILIZED & READY
Storm Restoration Experts
Since its start in 2021, Northline Compass has rapidly increased its available subcontractors and equipment. Compass has performed storm restoration services with an Investor-Owned Utility in various locations across New York and New England, and down the East Coast.
LEADERSHIP
Compass leverages Northline's proven expertise in construction and project management to efficiently complete our storm restoration assignments. Our teams utilize best construction practices and sound project management skills allowing the team to complete the project safely, on time, and meet customer expectation.
QUALITY
We firmly believe that "Quality is delivering projects that will exceed our customer's expectations through our actions and deliverables." Our intent is to provide the customer with high-quality work that exceeds all stakeholder requirements and expectations while minimizing rework and expediting the schedule.
SAFETY
We’ve built a strong Safety Culture, but ongoing education, process improvements, and monitoring are essential for sustaining it alongside a changing workforce. Our Safety Specialists manage safety daily through job site assessments, daily safety meetings, tailboard meetings, and dedicated safety stewards.

UTILITY RESOURCES
Expert Leadership & Vetted Partnership Network
Northline Compass currently has the ability to deploy in excess of 1,000 resources and more than 500 pieces of equipment. All resources are led by Northline's Project Managers, Construction Superintendents, and Safety Risk Managers which ensures adherence to our best practices. Crews are trusted, IBEW trained and experienced with demonstrated skills.
All partners go through our extensive vetting process which includes their safety history, experience, quality of equipment, as well as references. A typical Northline Compass restoration team consists of one general foreman, one safety specialist, one mechanic, 14 Journeymen line workers, four apprentices, and two groundmen/operators. The level of expertise in the field, reliable equipment and committed leadership resources enables Compass to respond quickly and effectively.
